Liability for Content
We make every effort to keep the content of our website up to date. Despite careful editing, liability is excluded.
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Upon becoming aware of any legal violations, we will remove such content immediately. Liability in this regard is only assumed from the time we become aware of a possible legal violation.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for such external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. No guarantee is given for the content or accuracy of information provided on linked external websites.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking and no illegal content was identifiable. Should any legal violations become known, we will remove such links immediately.
Copyright
The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any form of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator.
Data Protection
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. Confidentiality regarding data protection regulations is therefore guaranteed only subject to the above limitation. In particular, personal data should only be transmitted over the Internet if third-party rights are not affected, unless the third party has also given consent despite awareness of these security risks. Liability of the website operator for damages or injunctive relief arising from such security vulnerabilities is excluded.
The use of all published contact data by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising is expressly prohibited. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam emails.

GDPR
Contacting Us
When contacting us (e.g., via contact form, email, telephone, or social media), the user’s information is processed for handling the inquiry and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (within contractual/pre-contractual relationships) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (other inquiries).
User information may be stored in a Customer Relationship Management system (“CRM system”) or comparable inquiry organization software.
We delete inquiries when they are no longer required. We review necessity every two years. Statutory archiving obligations also apply.
Google Analytics
Based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by cookies regarding the use of our online offering by users is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thereby guarantees compliance with European data protection law.
Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate users’ use of our online offering, compile reports on activities within this online offering, and provide us with other services related to the use of this online offering and Internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles may be created from the processed data.
We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization. This means that users’ IP addresses are shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings. Users can also prevent Google from collecting and processing data generated by cookies relating to their use of the online offering by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Further information about Google’s use of data, settings, and objection options can be found in Google’s privacy policy and ad settings.
Users’ personal data is deleted or anonymized after 14 months.
Social Media Presence
We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms to communicate with customers, interested parties, and users active there and to inform them about our services.
Please note that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may result in risks for users because, for example, enforcing user rights could become more difficult. Regarding US providers certified under the Privacy Shield, they are obligated to comply with EU data protection standards.
User data is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles may be created based on users’ behavior and resulting interests. These usage profiles may then be used to place advertisements within and outside the platforms that presumably match users’ interests. Cookies are usually stored on users’ devices for these purposes. Additionally, data may be stored independently of the devices used by users (especially if users are members of the respective platforms and logged into them).
The processing of users’ personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effectively informing users and communicating with them pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If users are asked by the respective providers for consent to data processing (e.g., by ticking a checkbox or confirming a button), the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR.
For detailed information on the respective processing activities and opt-out options, please refer to the providers’ privacy policies linked below.
In the case of information requests and the assertion of user rights, we point out that these are most effectively asserted directly with the providers. Only the providers have access to users’ data and can directly take appropriate measures and provide information. If you still require assistance, you may contact us.
