La Tarde Breeding Program
Argentina offers a higher standard and selection of polo ponies than anywhere else, thanks to generations of careful breeding, breaking, and training.
At La Tarde Polo Club, we use modern, thoughtful breaking-in methods. Although the process takes longer, it produces better results than traditional techniques.Training starts at birth by helping foals overcome their fear of humans, building a strong, lifelong bond.
As herd animals, horses are raised in groups for their early years. When training begins, it’s gradual—starting with the saddle, then adding weight—so the horse becomes comfortable carrying a rider.
From Argentina to the world
Registered as part of the Argentine Polo Breeding association (ELITE), we supply horses for any price range and from low goal to high goal players. At any given time of the year we have between 50 and 70 horses for different standards of play.
All matters of the sale to the shipping to your country of preference will be smoothly managed by ourselves, using the most prestigious horse export companies in Argentina.

La Tarde Polo Club is just a one-hour drive away from Buenos Aires city centre, Ezeiza (Ministro Pistarini) airport and 20 min away from Pilar. Your fully inclusive stay will commence from pick up at the airport and we will drop you off at the end of your stay - no matter the time or date.
